肩袖损伤经肩关节镜下修复手术治疗后分阶段康复锻炼结合优化熏蒸康复疗法的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨肩袖损伤经肩关节镜下修复手术治疗后分阶段康复锻炼结合优化熏蒸康复疗法的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2018-07—2019-12采用肩关节镜下修复手术治疗的98例肩袖损伤,50例术后行分阶段康复锻炼结合优化熏蒸康复疗法治疗(观察组),48例术后单纯行分阶段康复锻炼(对照组)。比较2组术后1、6、12周肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分、疼痛VAS评分。结果 2组均顺利完成手术并获得至少12个月的随访。术后1、6、12周观察组肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分高于对照组,疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分优化熏蒸康复疗法具有便捷、操作简单等优点,结合分阶段康复锻炼可有效改善患者肩关节功能及疼痛情况,值得临床推广。
