摘要
数字孪生对于产业界,尤其是装备制造业而言,其研究和应用正逐步受到广泛关注。本文重点从数字孪生的知识模型,数据获取途径和应用价值角度进行阐述,并聚焦到装备数字化领域介绍了基于转化过程数字孪生模型的方法,以及在数控机床领域的实践。基于转化过程的数字孪生模型有助于装备制造业及其应用系统中各个利益相关方,基于核心数据进行快速地迭代与提升,从而实现装备产业的正向科学性设计创新。
Digital twin is still a relative new concept to the industry,especially to the equipment industry.In this paper,the knowledge model,data acquisition methods,and the application value of the digital twin are discussed.Particularly,the method of digitalized equipment based on the transformational process digital twin model,and the realization cases in the CNC machine tool industry are introduced.Based on the transformational process digital twin model,the stakeholders of entire the equipment application system can improve themselves fast and iterative their own products,which will help the equipment industry to realize the scientifically top-down design and innovation.
