随着现代工业生产自动化发展,冶金行业生产线基本实现全程自动化。目前钢铁行业冷轧卷板生产线基本为成套引进技术,其中入口上料自动对中系统应用于不同的机组有不同的设计理念,采取不同的控制方式。结合日常各系列设备技术要点及管理优缺点进行对比分析,为推进研究合理、实用的冷轧钢卷上料自动对中系统提供依据。

With the development of modern industrial production automation,production lines in the metallurgical industry have basically achieved full-process automation.At present,the production line of cold-rolled coil in the iron and steel industry is basically complete set of imported technology,in which the automatic centering system for inlet feeding is applied to different units with different design concepts and taking different control methods.Combined with the daily technical points and management advantages and disadvantages of various series of equipment,this paper makes a comparative analysis,which provides a basis for promoting the research of reasonable and practical automatic centering system for cold-rolled coil feeding.
