乡村振兴背景下皖南地域厨房空间设计探究——以芜湖市孙村镇长寺村为例

Study on the Design of Kitchen Space in Southern Anhui under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Changsi Village,Suncun Town,Wuhu City

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中首次提出实施乡村振兴战略,要求以产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕为目标来提升村民的生活质量与环境氛围。厨房作为村民生活中每日都要参与的特质空间,其功能布局、空间环境的优化和改善,与村民的生活幸福感息息相关。文章以芜湖市孙村镇长寺村作为案例,基于实地访谈、问卷调研、资料收集等研究形式,针对孙村镇村民厨房使用现状,提出循环生态、养老共享的设计原则,探究皖南地区村庄厨房建筑空间的适用性改造途径和养老共享厨房设计意向,以期为乡村振兴背景下的皖南地区农村住宅厨房空间的优化改造提供设计方案,切实提升农村居民的生活质量,助力美丽乡村建设。

In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time,with the requirements of thriving businesses,an eco-friendly environment,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperous rural population to improve the quality of life and environmental atmosphere of villagers.As a special space that villagers participate in every day,the kitchen’s functional layout and space environment optimization are closely related to villagers’happiness.Taking Changsi Village,Suncun Town,Wuhu City as an example,based on field interviews,questionnaires and data collection,in view of the status quo of the kitchens in the village,this paper puts forward the design principles of circular ecology and sharing elderly care,and explores the applicability transformation ways of village kitchen building space and the kitchen design intention with sharing elderly care in southern Anhui,which provides a design scheme for the optimization and reconstruction of kitchen space of rural houses in southern Anhui under the background of rural revitalization,with a view to improving the quality of life of rural residents and boosting the construction of beautiful countryside.
