教育服务对农户多维贫困减贫效应研究

摘要 我国已全面建成小康社会,这意味着中国领先于其他发展中国家率先消除绝对贫困,我国将长期处于相对贫困状态。利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,结合国际通用方法A-F方法进行多维视角贫困分析,构建多元线性回归模型,实证分析教育服务对农户多维贫困减贫的效应。研究结果显示:教育服务是造成多维贫困减少的重要影响因素,提升教育服务有助于农户储备更多文化知识及优良思想素质,从而减少农村家庭多维贫困发生的概率。基于以上结论,提出建立多维贫困识别框架体系、建立教育服务和农村多维贫困的衔接机制及加强教育服务内容等政策建议。 China has built a well-off society in an all-round way,which means that China is ahead of other developing countries in eliminating absolute poverty,and it will be in a state of relative poverty in the long term.Using data from the 2018 China Family Panel Survey(CFPS)and the international common method Alkire-Foster Method for multidimensional poverty analysis,by building a multiple liner regression model,empirical analysis of the effect of educational services on rural households’multidimensional poverty reduction has been made.Research results show that education services are an important factor in the reduction of multidimensional poverty,and improving educational services will help farmers store more cultural knowledge and good ideological qualities,thereby to reduce the probability of multidimensional poverty in rural families.Based on the above conclusions,it is put forward policy recommendations such as establishing a multidimensional poverty identification framework system,establishing a linkage mechanism between educational services and rural multidimensional poverty,and strengthening the content of educational services.
