摘要
目的:调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情下南康区多家医院急诊科护士职业倦怠的状况,并探讨心理韧性与职业倦怠的关系。方法:采用工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、Connor-Davidson弹性量表简化版及一般资料问卷对112名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果:急诊科护士的职业倦怠总均分为(2.29±0.64)分,急诊科护士职业倦怠及各维度与心理韧性均呈负相关(r=−0.511,−0.396,−0.432,−0.370,P均<0.05),心理韧性负向预测急诊科护士职业倦怠(β=−0.495,P<0.05)。结论:COVID-19疫情下急诊科护士的职业倦怠处于中等水平,高心理韧性者职业倦怠程度更低。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of job burnout of nurses in emergency department during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),and the relationships between psychological resilience and job burnout.Methods:A total of 112 nurses in emergency department were measured by 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS),and sociodemographic information was obtained.Results:The MBI-GS score was(2.29±0.64).The MBI-GS score and all dimensions scores were negatively correlated with psychological resilience(r=−0.511,−0.396,−0.432,−0.370,all P<0.05),negative prediction of job burnout of nurses in emergency department by psychological resilience(β=−0.495,P<0.05).Conclusion:Job burnout was moderately prevalent of nurses in emergency departments.Psychological resilience was important protective predictor for job burnout during the outbreak of COVID-19.
