压力性损伤患者延续护理对创面愈合的影响分析

Effect of continuous nursing care on wound healing in patients with pressure injury

目的:探究对压力性损伤患者应用延续护理的效果。方法:将2018年5月至2020年6月我院48例压力性损伤患者随机分为对照组(24例,应用常规护理)和观察组(24例,应用延续护理)。对比两组患者创面愈合时间、Braden评分、生活质量评分、护理有效率及满意度。结果:(1)观察组护理有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者创面愈合时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组护理后Braden评分、生活质量评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对压力性损伤患者应用延续护理有助于促进创面愈合,改善患者生活质量,患者满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on patients with pressure injury.Methods:A total of 48 cases with pressure injury in our hospital(from May 2018 to June 2020)were randomly divided into control group(24 cases,with routine nursing),observation group(24 cases,with continuous nursing).The wound healing time,Braden score,score of life quality,nursing efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)the effective rate of nursing in the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),P<0.05,and the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the Braden score and score of life quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)the satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of continuous nursing care for patients with pressure injury is helpful to promote wound healing,to improve the quality of life of patients and patients'satisfaction.
