会教不会评--高校英语教师测评素养研究

摘要 教师的测评素养是促进学生学习最重要的影响因素之一。本研究通过文献研究法发现高校英语教师的测评素养现状不容乐观,主要体现在评价知识匮乏、评价技能较低、评价实践能力较弱。进一步分析得出主要原因是教师未受到过正规的测评培训,从而导致理论与实践的脱离,使得教师对自己的测评素养缺乏自信。
