超声检查在胎盘早剥中的应用价值

Application Value of Ultrasonography in Placental Abruption

目的:探析超声检查在胎盘早剥(PA)中的应用价值。方法:在本院产科就诊的PA患者中选取132例,纳入时间为2018年12月~2020年12月,132例患者均接受超声检查,分析超声检查价值。结果:132例PA患者中含轻度、重度病例各82例、50例,诊断符合率对应为72.0%、96.0%,总符合率达81.1%。在胎盘位置诊断上,符合与不符合病例数据对比(P>0.05);对比新生儿Apgar评分,轻度较重度病例高(P<0.05)。结论:早期诊断会对治疗PA的效果产生直接影响,诊断时选择超声检查可使诊断符合率得到有效提升,对明确胎盘与子宫壁间关系十分有利,可综合分析胎盘的形态、厚度、内部回声、位置,母婴安全得到保障,其意义十分关键。

Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasonography in placental abruption(PA).Methods:132 PA patients were selected from obstetrics department of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020,all 132 patients received ultrasound examination,and the value of ultrasound examination was analyzed.Results:Among the 132 PA patients,82 were mild and 50 were severe.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 72.0%and 96.0%,and the total coincidence rate reached 81.1%.In the diagnosis of placental position,the data of consistent and non-conforming cases were compared(P>0.05);compared with the Apgar score of newborns,it was higher in mild cases than in severe cases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early diagnosis will have a direct impact on the treatment effect of PA.Choosing ultrasound examination in diagnosis can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,which is very beneficial to clarify the relationship between placenta and uterine wall.It can comprehensively analyze the shape,thickness,internal echo and location of placenta,and ensure the safety of mother and infant,which is of great significance.
