腋窝入路内窥镜辅助双平面隆乳的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transaxillary Dual-Plane Augmentation Mammoplasty with Endoscope

目的:分析腋窝入路内窥镜辅助双平面隆乳的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月收治的30例隆乳患者作为研究对象,并对这30例隆乳患者实施腋窝入路内窥镜辅助双平面隆乳手术方式,分析各患者隆乳效果,如美观度、术后不良反应、乳房状态等。结果:此次治疗30例患者,均接受6个月随访,术后均未发生两侧乳房不对称、乳房感觉异常、感染、血肿、出血等不良反应,且乳房形态自然优美,动感和手感均良好,未发生包膜挛缩、假体移位等状况,术后1d、术后3d时VAS评分分别为(5.21±0.21)分、(4.02±0.03)分,各患者均对此次手术效果非常满意;术后美学效果评分高于术前,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对隆乳患者实施腋窝入路内窥镜辅助双平面隆乳手术方式,能帮助患者改善乳房状态,使其有更好的乳房形状,且隆胸后假体移位等不良反应发生率较少,安全可行。

Objective:To analyze the linical effect of transaxillary dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty with endoscope.Methods:30 cases of patients with breast augmentation and who treated from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and 30 cases of patients were implemented the transaxillary dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty with endoscope.Then,the breast augmentation effect of each patient were analyzed,such as beauty,postoperative adverse reactions,breast status,etc.Results:All 30 cases of patients were followed up for 6 months.There were no adverse reactions such as bilateral breast asymmetry,breast sensory abnormality,infection,hematoma,bleeding and so on.And the shape of breast was natural and beautiful,with good movement and hand feeling,without capsule contracture,prosthesis displacement,etc.The VAS scores were(5.21±0.21)and(4.02±0.03)on the first day and the third day after operation respectively,and all patients were very satisfied with the effect of the operation;Postoperative aesthetic effect score is higher than preoperative,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transaxillary dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty with endoscope in implementation of breast augmentation patients which can help patients to improve their breast condition,make them have better breast shape,and the incidence of adverse reactions such as prosthesis displacement after breast augmentation is less,and it is safe and feasible.
