全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪在细菌鉴定中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨细菌鉴定过程中应用全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪的价值。方法:选取病原菌130株以及参考菌株50株,采用全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪鉴定,分析鉴定结果。结果:质控菌株鉴定重复率达到100.00%。该设备对菌株的首选鉴定率达到93.33%。该设备对革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌的药敏结果符合率分别是96.67%、94.44%,总符合率是95.56%。结论:全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪可以在短时间内对细菌进行准确的鉴定,还可以对细菌的耐药性进行准确分析,所以该设备可以对诊断疾病以及临床合理使用抗菌药物提供指导。 Objective:Discuss the value of using automatic microbial identification drug susceptibility analyzer in the process of bacterial identification.Method:130 strains of pathogenic bacteria and 50 reference strains were selected,identified by automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer,and analyzed the identification results.Result:The repetition rate of quality control strain identification reached 100.00%.The device’s preferred identification rate for strains reached 93.33%.The compliance rate of the device for gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria is 96.67%and 94.44%respectively,and the total compliance rate is 95.56%.Conclusion:The automatic microbial identification and drug sensitivity analyzer can accurately identify bacteria in a short time,and can also accurately analyze the drug resistance of bacteria,so this equipment can provide guidance for the diagnosis of diseases and the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in clinical practice.
