磁共振诊断前列腺恶性肿瘤准确性评价

Accuracy Evaluation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

目的:讨论磁共振应用在前列腺恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法:将2018年10月~2020年11月到本院进行治疗的64例疑似前列腺恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者入院之后均进行磁共振检查,分析检查结果,并将磁共振的诊断结果和临床病理诊断结果进行比较。结果:(1)64例疑似前列腺恶性肿瘤患者最终经临床病理确诊55例患者为前列腺恶性肿瘤,而经过磁共振诊断出前列腺恶性肿瘤50例;(2)患者均存在有典型的影像学表现。结论:对前列腺恶性肿瘤患者通过磁共振技术进行诊断可以为临床的诊治提供科学的参考依据。

Objective:To evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:64 patients with suspected prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by magnetic resonance imaging after admission.The results of the examination institute were analyzed,and the results of magnetic resonance diagnosis and clinical pathological diagnosis were compared.Results:(1)In 64 patients with suspected prostate cancer,55 cases were diagnosed as prostate cancer by clinical pathology,and 50 cases were diagnosed by MRI;(2)All patients had typical imaging manifestations.The diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer can be based on MRI.Conclusion:Diagnosing patients with prostate malignant tumors through magnetic resonance technology can provide a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
