超声对冠心病颈动脉粥样斑块诊断价值的疗效分析

Therapeutic Value of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque in Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探析对冠心病颈动脉粥样斑块患者展开超声检查,对其诊断价值临床展开研究。方法:选择2018年9月~2019年9月的冠心病颈动脉粥样硬化斑块49例患者为分析组,同时选择同期在本院体检的健康者48例为比较组,对比两组患者的临床数据、斑块和斑块分型情况。结果:两组患者经过超声检测之后,其中分析组中患者的IMT、斑块积分等临床数据明显低于比较组的数据,组间数据对比后显示P<0.05,有临床可比较的价值;分析组中患者的软斑、硬斑、混合斑的检出率显著高出比较组的数据,P<0.05,有临床比较的意义;分析组中患者的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型检出率明显比比较组的数据高,数据差异达到了统计学的意义标准,P<0.05,有临床可比性。结论:在对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者展开超声检测之后,能够显著提升冠心病的检出率,具有较高的确诊率,为临床后续治疗提供有效的理论图像依据。

Objective:To analyze the ultrasound examination of patients with coronary artery disease and carotid atherosclerotic plaque,and to conduct clinical research on its diagnostic value.Methods:The time zone of the study was from September 2018 to September 2019.49 patients with coronary artery disease and carotid atherosclerotic plaque were selected as the analysis group,and 48 healthy patients who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the comparison group.Compare the clinical data,plaque and plaque classification of the two groups of patients.Results:After the two groups of patients were tested by ultrasound,the clinical data of the patients in the analysis group,such as IMT and plaque score,were significantly lower than those of the comparison group.The comparison of the data between the groups showed P<0.05,which has clinically comparable value;analysis The detection rate of soft spots,hard spots,and mixed spots in the patients in the group was significantly higher than the data in the comparison group.That is,P<0.05,which is of clinical significance;the detection rate of type III,IV,and V of the patients in the analysis group is significantly higher than the data in the comparison group,and the difference in the data has reached the statistical significance standard,P<0.05,which is clinically comparability.Conclusion:After the ultrasound detection of patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque,the detection rate of coronary heart disease can be significantly improved,has a high diagnosis rate,provides an effective theoretical image basis for clinical follow-up treatment,and has a certain clinical promotion effect.
