多层螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值研究

Study on the Clinical Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis

目的:分析多层螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎患者的价值。方法:从2016年8月~2020年8月本院收治的急性阑尾炎患者中选择157例作为研究对象,对其进行多层螺旋CT检查,将手术病理结果作为对比金标准,以此分析CT检查准确率。结果:选取的157例患者经过多层螺旋CT及图像后处理诊断为急性阑尾炎的患者人数为151例,其中有73例患者为单纯性阑尾炎,41例患者为化脓性阑尾炎,21例患者为穿孔性阑尾炎,16例患者为阑尾脓肿。对比手术病理结果显示,并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:应用多层螺旋CT检查急性阑尾炎患者,其临床诊断价值较高,与手术病理结果并无差异,可以作为术前依据。

Objective:To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:157 patients with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2020 were selected as the research object,and multi-slice spiral CT was performed.The surgical and pathological results were taken as the gold standard,so as to analyze the accuracy of CT examination.Results:151 of 157 patients were diagnosed as acute appendicitis by multi-slice spiral CT and image post-processing,including 73 patients with simple appendicitis,41 patients with suppurative appendicitis,21 patients with perforated appendicitis and 16 patients with appendiceal abscess.The results of operation and pathology showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the examination of patients with acute appendicitis has high clinical diagnostic value,and there is no difference from the pathological results of surgery,which can be used as a preoperative basis.
