16层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断隐匿性肋骨骨折的临床价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:分析16层螺旋CT三维重建技术在诊断隐匿性肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:选取74例疑似隐匿性肋骨骨折的患者,就诊于本院的时间为2018年5月~2020年5月。所有患者入院后经X线片检查没有发现明显骨折征象,再实施16层螺旋CT检查,分别采用曲面重建、容积再现、多平面重建以及最大密度投影四种方法实施图像重建,对所得的结果进行对比。结果:43例患者多发构成比为58.81%,以4~10段骨折数目最多,构成比为63.22%,以水平阶段腋段骨的骨折几率最大,构成比为56.32%。曲面重建、多平面重建、容积再现、最大密度投影(P<0.05)。结论:16层螺旋CT三维重建技术应用于隐匿性肋骨骨折患者中有着较好的效用,且结合曲面重建以及多平面重建更能提高诊断准确率,为后续治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective:To analyze the application value of 16 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of occult rib fracture.Methods:74 patients with suspected occult rib fracture were selected and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.After admission,no obvious signs of fracture were found by X-ray examination in all patients.Then 16 slice spiral CT examination was performed.Curved surface reconstruction,volume reconstruction,multiplanar reconstruction and maximum density projection were used for image reconstruction,and the results were compared.Results:The multiple constituent ratio of 43 patients was 58.81%,the number of 4-10 segment fractures was the largest,the constituent ratio was 63.22%,and the fracture probability of axillary segment in horizontal stage was the largest,the constituent ratio was 56.32%.volume rendering,maximum density projection(P<0.05).Conclusion:16 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in patients with occult rib fracture has a good effect,and combined with curved surface reconstruction and multiplanar reconstruction can improve the diagnostic accuracy,and provide reliable basis for follow-up treatment.
