观察胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射治疗糖尿病的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较胰岛素常规注射式给药与泵注式给药对糖尿病(DM)患者的疗效价值。方法:纳入本单位2018年8月~2020年8月106例确诊DM的患者,进行给药方式观察,基于出生年份单双数进行分组,其中53例归入甲组,接受每日多次胰岛素注射(MDI)治疗;另53例归入乙组,接受持续皮下胰岛素泵输注(CSII)治疗;比较两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、整体疗效与满意度差异。结果:用药前,两组血糖指标水平比较,P>0.05,无统计学差异;用药后,乙组HbA1c、FPG、2hPG水平及血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量均低于甲组,治疗总优良率与满意度均高于甲组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:胰岛素CSII给药治疗DM,可有效改善患者血糖水平,降低药物剂量,缩短血糖达标时间,整体疗效显著,临床应用满意度高。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of routine insulin injection and insulin pump on treatment of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:106 DM patients treated from August 2018 to August 2020 in our hospital were selected and grouped by odd and even number of birth years.53 cases of receiving the multiple daily injection(MDI)were included in group A;53 cases of receiving the continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)were included in group B.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),time of reaching the standard blood glucose,insulin dosage,overall effects and treatment satisfaction were compared.Results:Before medication,blood glucose indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after medication,HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG levels,time of reaching the standard blood glucose and insulin dosage in group B were sharply reduced by comparison to group A;the overall good rate and treatment satisfaction in group B were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion can effectively reduce the drug dosage and time of reaching the standard blood glucose,and improve the blood glucose levels,overall effects and treatment satisfaction.
