无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺急性加重的临床应用研究

Study on the Clinical Application of Non-Invasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary

目的:探讨分析无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺急性加重的临床应用效果。方法:从2017年12月~2020年12月于本院收治的慢阻肺急性加重患者病例中,选取96例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,各48例,分别采取无创呼吸机治疗、常规治疗措施,将治疗总有效率和心肺功能作为两组研究对象的评价指标。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.92%,与对照组治疗总有效率的83.33%有着明显的差异性(P<0.05);综合来看,治疗组各项心肺功能指标明显优于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗慢阻肺急性加重患者时,无创呼吸机治疗具有较高的应用,不仅可以使临床总有效率得到提升,而且还可以对患者肺功能予以有效改善。

Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical application effect of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2020 in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital,96 cases were selected as the research object,and according to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,each with 48 cases,and non-invasive breathing was adopted.Mechanical treatment,conventional treatment measures,and the total effective rate of treatment and cardiopulmonary function are used as evaluation indicators for the two groups of research objects.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%,which was significantly different from the total effective rate of 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05);on the whole,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in all indicators of cardiopulmonary function,there is a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,non-invasive ventilator therapy has a higher application,not only can improve the total clinical effective rate,but also can effectively improve the patient’s lung function.
