小儿麻醉中应用喉罩和气管导管效果分析

Effect Analysis of Laryngeal Mask and Tracheal Catheter in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的:探析喉罩、气管导管在小儿麻醉中的应用意义。方法:结合研究目的对本院2019年1月~2020年12月收治的80例手术患儿开展分组试验,分组方法选择随机数字表法,采取常规气管插管的40例患儿为对照组;采取喉罩麻醉的40例患儿为观察组。手术结束后对拔管时间、清醒时间、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果:在拔管时间、清醒时间方面,观察组比对照组短,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,观察组比对照组低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿手术患儿开展喉罩麻醉,能够缩短患儿的麻醉恢复时间,降低不良反应的发生率,麻醉效果优于气管导管。

Objective:To explore the significance of laryngeal mask and tracheal catheter in pediatric anesthesia.Methods:Combined with the purpose of the study,a group test was carried out on 80 children admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.The random number table method was selected as the grouping method,and 40 children receiving conventional tracheal intubation were used as the control group.The observation group included 40 children with laryngeal mask anesthesia.After operation,extubation time,waking time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:In terms of extubation time and waking time,the observation group was shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reaction rate,observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia can shorten the recovery time of anesthesia and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children undergoing surgery,and the anesthesia effect is better than that of tracheal catheter.
