基于大数据的旅游公共服务获得感研究——以长三角城市群为例

Research on Sense of Gain to Tourism Public Services Based on Big Data Analysis:Taking the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations as an Example

构建旅游公共服务获得感指标体系及评测模型,从充足度、普惠度、满意度3个维度进行综合评价,运用探索性空间数据分析识别空间特征,对长三角城市群进行案例研究。结果表明:(1)长三角城市群26个城市的旅游公共服务体系建设发展差距较大,局部供需失衡。(2)旅游公共服务获得感还有较大的提升空间,相比普惠度、满意度,应该首先加强充足度方面的建设。(3)旅游公共服务获得感具有显著的正向的空间自相关性和集聚态势。长三角城市群东部及沿海地区是高值空间集聚热点区,城市间空间关联性强;西部内陆地区呈低值簇集中,城市间关联性较弱。基于城市间的差距,提出做好长三角一体化旅游发展规划、提升旅游公共服务民众获得感的建设性建议。

The paper constructed an index system and evaluation model for the sense of gain to tourism public services,carried out a comprehensive evaluation from the three dimensions of adequacy,inclusiveness,and satisfaction,and used exploratory spatial data to analyze and identify spatial characteristics.It conducted case studies on the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.The results find that:(1) There is a large gap in the development of tourism public service systems in 26 cities,and local supply and demand are out of balance.(2) There is still a lot of room for improvement in the sense of gain to tourism public services.Compared with inclusiveness and satisfaction,the construction of adequacy should be strengthened first.(3) The sense of gain to tourism public services has significant positive spatial autocorrelation and agglomeration.The eastern and coastal areas of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration show high-value spatial clustering hot spots,and the spatial correlation between cities is strong,the western inland areas show low-value clusters,and the correlation between cities is weak.On the premise of facing the gap between cities,this paper puts forward construction suggestions on the integrated tourism development plan of the Yangtze River Delta and enhance the public’s sense of gain to tourism public services.
