大众体育赛事标准化建设研究

Research on the Standardization Construction of Mass Sports Events

标准化工作在推动体育强国建设中起到了基础性、保障性和引领性的作用。本文通过对大众体育赛事标准化建设现状的调查了解,指出部分运动项目管理中心、全国性单项体育协会将主要精力集中于竞技体育,对大众体育赛事的政策指引和标准化建设存在缺位与不足,严重制约了大众体育赛事的普及推广及良性发展。在对大众体育赛事标准化建设工作存在的问题及原因进行系统分析后,根据《体育强国建设纲要》和《关于促进全民健身和体育消费推动体育产业高质量发展的意见》精神,针对近年来大众赛事标准化建设的薄弱环节,根据研究发现的问题,提出加强大众体育赛事标准化建设的对策与措施,具有较强的现实意义。

Standardization has played a fundamental,protective and leading role in promoting the construction of a sports powerhouse.Through the investigation and understanding of the current situation of the standardization construction of mass sports events,this paper points out that some sports management centers and national individual sports associations focus on competitive sports,and there are gaps and deficiencies in the policy guidance and standardization construction of mass sports events,which seriously restricts the popularization,promotion and benign development of mass sports events.After systematically analyzing the problems and reasons existing in the standardization construction of mass sports events,according to the spirit of the outline for the construction of a sports powerhouse and the opinions on promoting national fitness and sports consumption and promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry,and in view of the weak links in the standardization construction of mass sports events in recent years,according to the problems found in the research,it is of great practical significance to put forward countermeasures and measures to strengthen the standardization construction of mass sports events.
