摘要
本文通过对比分析16周体适能干预课程与常规体育选项(篮球)课程教学之间的差异,得出了干预前后学生体质健康各项指标之间的差异。研究结果:1、16周体适能干预课程教学实验组的学生,在实验前后1000米、50米、肺活量、立定跳远、坐位体前屈以及最大摄氧量方面存在显著性差异P<0.05。2、16周常规体育选项(篮球)课程教学对照组与实验组的学生,在实验前后1000米、50米、肺活量、立定跳远、坐位体前屈以及最大摄氧量方面存在显著性差异P<0.05。结论:1、在高校体育教学中,应广泛开展体适能干预课程,关注学生体质健康中较为薄弱的环节,强调身体作为一个有机整体,全面发展学生的体质健康。2、将目前全球体适能干预课程的优质练习方法进行汇聚、归纳与选择。注重激发学生的主观能动性,满足学生个性化学习要求等现实需求,接触到更多新颖有效的身体练习方法。3、在高校体育选课课程中,可以突出以身体练习为主体,以运动技能为载体的课程特征,将体适能干预课程教学科学合理的穿插在各类体育选项课程中去。
This article compares and analyzes the difference between the 16-week physical fitness intervention course and the conventional physical fitness option(basketball)course teaching,and draws the difference between the physical fitness indicators of the students before and after the intervention.Research results:1.The students in the 16-week physical fitness intervention course teaching experimental group had significant differences in 1000 meters,50 meters,vital capacity,standing long jump,sit-and-reach,and maximum oxygen uptake before and after the experiment,P<0.05.2.For the 16-week regular physical education option(basketball)course teaching control group and experimental group students,there are significant differences in 1000 meters,50 meters,vital capacity,standing long jump,sit-and-reach,and maximum oxygen uptake before and after the experiment P<0.05.Conclusion:1.In college physical education,physical fitness intervention courses should be widely developed,paying attention to the weaker links in students’physical health,and emphasizing the body as a whole to develop students’physical health in an all-round way.2.Gathering,summarizing and selecting the current high quality practice methods of physical fitness intervention courses around the world.Paying attention to stimulating students’subjective initiative,satisfying students’individualized learning requirements and other practical needs,and being exposed to more novel and effective physical exercise methods.3.In the elective courses of physical education in colleges and universities,it is possible to highlight the characteristics of the curriculum with physical exercises as the main body and sports skills as the carrier,and the physical fitness intervention course teaching can be rationally and scientifically interspersed with various sports optional courses.
