摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,在揭示社会体育指导与管理专业人才核心竞争力内涵基础上,从人才出口不畅,培养目标多元,课程交叉重叠,师资力量薄弱,实践环节企业参与度低等因素分析人才核心竞争力的缺失现状。依此,提出应从修订人才培养方案,凸显人才培养特色;坚持内涵发展,推进教育教学改革;重视师资队伍建设,提升人才培养质量;强化实践教学,提高学生综合能力;加强教学质量监控,建立质量保障长效机制等方面提升社会体育指导与管理专业人才核心竞争力。
On the basis of revealing the connotation of core competitiveness of social sports guidance and management professionals,this paper uses methods of literature,interview and logical analysis to analyze the lack of core competence of talents from the following factors:poor export of talents,diversified training objectives,overlapping courses,weak teaching resource,and low participation in practice.According to this,the paper suggests that we can improve the core competitiveness of the social sports guidance and management professionals from the following aspects:revise the talent training program to highlight the characteristics of talent training;adhere to connotation development and promote education and teaching reform;attach importance to the construction of faculty and improve the quality of personnel training;strengthen practical teaching and improve students’comprehensive ability;strengthen the supervision of teaching quality and establish a long-term quality assurance mechanism.
