摘要
男子110米栏是田径运动中备受关注的运动项目,我国在跨栏跑项目上的成绩也名列前茅,110m栏对运动员的速度、耐力、力量、灵敏素质要求极高,而这些正是我们体能训练的重中之重,因此本文意在通过设计科学化的体能训练方案来进一步提高我国优秀跨栏运动员的成绩,希望可以对日后的体能训练提供参考。
The men’s 110m hurdles is a sport that has attracted much attention in track and field.China’s achievements in hurdles are also among the best.The 110m hurdles have high requirements for athletes’speed,endurance,strength and sensitivity,which are the top priorities of our physical training.Therefore,this paper aims to further improve the performance of China’s excellent hurdlers by designing a scientific physical training program,hoping to provide reference for physical training in the future.
