摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对疫情中大学生居家锻炼行为及影响因素进行研究。结果表明:大部分学生锻炼目的是提升身体素质;居家锻炼时间不足30分钟、频次少于3次和强度控制在小强度;锻炼项目以力量训练和简单拉伸为主;一半以上学生使用Keep和微信运动锻炼。影响因素主要是:缺乏监督,惰性等。提出了培养兴趣、克服惰性等建议,为促进大学生科学锻炼,提高身体素质和免疫力,养成体育居家锻炼习惯提供参考。
This article uses literature data,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method to study the home exercise behavior and influencing factors of college students in the epidemic.The results show that:the purpose of most students is to improve their physical fitness;home exercise time is less than 30 minutes,the frequency is less than 3 times,and the intensity is low;the exercise items are mainly strength training and simple stretching exercises;and more than half of the students use Keep and WeChat sports for exercise.The main influence factors are lack of supervision and inertia.The corresponding suggestions are made to provide references for promoting scientific exercise of college students,improving physical fitness and immunity,and developing the habit of physical exercise.
