Experience and Enlightenment of Japanese Doubly Labeled Water

针对体育强国建设纲要中提高训练过程和状态监控科学化水平的要求,采用文献资料法,数理统计法对日本双标水法研究现状进行分析,总结出国外双标水法应用于体育、医学、生物领域的研究经验及具体做法。旨在借鉴日本体育领域双标水法经验,提出双标水法在我国竞技体育、全民健身、体育产业领域的意见,提高训练过程和状态监控水平。

The Outline of Building a Sports Powerhouse puts forward the requirements of“improving the scientific level of training process and state monitoring”.This paper analyzes the research status of double labeled water method in Japan by using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,and summarizes the research experience and specific practices of foreign double labeled water method in the fields of sports,medicine and biology.It aims to learn from the experience of double standard water method in the field of sports in Japan,put forward its application in the fields of competitive sports,national fitness and sports industry in China,and improve the training process and monitoring level.
