高强度间歇训练与中等强度持续运动对超重/肥胖青年女性人群干预效果比较的Meta分析 被引量:4

The Intervention Effect of High-intensity Interval Training and Moderate-intensity Continuous Exercise in Overweight/Obese Young Women:A Meta-analysis

摘要 研究目的:通过Meta分析探讨高强度间歇训练(HIIT)和中等强度持续运动(MICT)对超重/肥胖青年女性人群体成分、体脂、心肺功能和心血管机能的干预效果,比较两种干预方式的优劣。研究方法:在中国知网、万方、CBM、Embase、PubMed等电子数据库中对以“高强度间歇训练”和“超重”等为关键词的随机对照试验进行文献检索,检索时间为建库至2020年2月。检索策略严格按照PICOS原则执行,并通过相应文章的参考文献进行补充检索,使用Review Manager5.3和Stata15.1对效应量进行合并分析与评价。研究结果:纳入文献15篇,446名超重/肥胖青年女性被试(HIIT为228名,MICT为218名)。Cochrane偏倚风险评估显示纳入文献具有较低的风险偏倚,且不存在明显的发表偏倚。采用固定效应模型分析显示,HIIT在改善BF%[MD=-0.84,95%Cl(-1.29,-0.39),P=0.0003]、VO2max[MD=1.29,95%CI(0.52,2.05),P=0.001]和TC[MD=-0.22,95%CI(-0.40,-0.05),P=0.01]的效果上显著优于MICT,MICT在改善HDL[MD=-0.15,95%CI(-0.88,-0.08),P=0.001]的效果上显著优于HIIT,而两种干预措施在体成分、体脂和心血管机能的其他指标的效果相似,不存在统计学差异,但总体HIIT对超重/肥胖青年女性的改善效果优于MICT。结论与建议:HIIIT和MICT对超重/肥胖青年女性体成分、体脂、心肺功能和心血管机能均有改善,总体上干预效果HIIT要优于MICT。故建议对超重/肥胖青年女性可采取HIIT的运动方式。 Objective:To investigate the effects of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)and moderate-intensity continuous training(MICT)on body composition,body fat,cardiopulmonary function and cardiovascular function in overweight/obese young women by Meta-analysis,and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two intervention methods.Methods:The literature search of randomized controlled trials with key words such as“high intensity interval training”and“overweight”had been carried out in the electronic databases of CNKI,Wanfang Database,CBM,Embase,PubMed and so on until February 2020.The retrieval strategy is carried out strictly according to the PICOS principle,and supplementary retrieval is carried out through the references of the corresponding articles,and the effect sizes are combined and analyzed and evaluated using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata15.1.Results:fifteen articles were included,including 446 overweight/obese young women(228 in HIIT and 218 in MICT).Cochrane bias risk assessment showed that the included literature had a low risk bias,and there was no significant publication bias.The analysis of fixed effect model shows that HIIT is significantly better than MICT,MICT in improving BF%[MD=-0.84,95%Cl(-1.29,-0.39),P=0.0003]、VO2max[MD=1.29,95%CI(0.52,2.05),P=0.001]and TC[MD=-0.22,95%CI(-0.40,-0.05),P=0.01]significantly better than MICT.MICT is significantly better than HIIT in improving HDL[MD=-0.15,95%CI(-0.88,-0.08),P=0.001].The effects of the two interventions are similar in body composition,body fat and other indexes of cardiovascular function,and there is no statistical difference,but the overall improvement effect of HIIT on overweight/obese young women was better than that of MICT.Conclusion&advice:HIIT and MICT can improve body composition,body fat,cardiopulmonary function and cardiovascular function in overweight/obese young women.On the whole,the intervention effect of HIIT is better than that of MICT.Therefore,it is suggested that HIIT can be used for overweight/obese young women.
