摘要
农业生产资料价格波动直接影响到农产品的种植成本,关系到农户的切身利益。农业生产资料价格上涨会给农业生产带来"提高农业生产成本、削减农产品利润空间、弱化农业支持政策实施效果"等不利影响,而导致农业生产资料价格波动的影响因素众多,包括市场供求关系、政策性及突发性等。基于研究结论,从宏观和微观两个层面上提出了相关对策建议。
The price fluctuation of agricultural means of production directly affects the planting cost of agricultural products,and is related to the vital interests of farmers.The increase in the price of agricultural means of production will bring adverse effects to agricultural production such as increasing agricultural production costs,reducing agricultural profit space,and weakening the implementation effect of agricultural support policies.There are many factors that cause the price fluctuations of agricultural means of production,including market supply and demand factors,policy factors and emergent factors.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the macro and micro levels.
