中国服务贸易区域协调发展研究

Research on regional coordinated development of China’s service trade

在"服务经济时代",服务贸易已经成为中国建设经贸强国、构建"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进新发展格局"的重要抓手。从区域发展情况看,中国服务贸易发展仍然存在地区集聚性强、地区差异较大等问题。通过文献梳理,对服务贸易发展影响因素进行了总结,并结合实际发展状况,选取服务业发展水平、对外开放水平、货物贸易发展水平、营商环境指数及政策保障等因素对中国主要区域服务贸易发展潜力进行研究,结果显示中国主要区域服务贸易发展潜力仍有待释放,服务贸易区域协调发展具有可行性。根据研究结论,提出了相关对策建议。

In the era of service economy,service trade has become an important approach for China to build a major country of economic and trade and build a new development pattern in which the domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while domestic and international economic cycle promotes each other’s new development.From the perspective of regional development,there are still some problems in the development of China’s service trade,such as strong regional agglomeration and great regional differences.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the development of service trade,and based on the actual development situation,selects the development level of service industry,the level of opening up,the development level of goods trade,business environment index and policy guarantee to study the development potential of China’s main regional service trade.The results show that the development potential of China’s main regional service trade still needs to be released,and the regional coordinated development of service trade is feasible.According to the research conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
