基于信息平台的装配式混凝土建筑计价信息扩展研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着建筑模型信息量的加大、复杂性的提高,现有的BIM平台无法及时有效的存储、读取和分享信息,阻碍了装配式混凝土建筑的发展。文章通过分析各阶段的计价信息结构,建立计价信息模型,并构建基于CALS理论的信息平台,利用IFC标准对计价信息的标准化表达进行扩展。这不仅可以增强各参与主体间的沟通协作,实现信息的零损耗交互,而且可以实现实时自动计价的功能,为装配式混凝土建筑的造价管理研究提供新思路。 With the increasing amount of information and complexity of building models,existing BIM platforms cannot store,read,and share information in a timely and effective manner,hindering the development of fabricated concrete buildings.This paper analyzes the entire process of cost management based on CALS theory,analyzes the pricing information structure,and establishes a pricing information model.And by constructing an information platform based on CALS theory,the IFC standard is used to expand the standardized expression of pricing information.This not only enhances the communication and cooperation among the participating entities,and realizes the zero loss interaction of information,but also can realize the function of real-time automatic pricing,providing new ideas for the research on the cost management of prefabricated concrete buildings.
