摘要
目的建立岫岩辽五味子的质量评价标准。方法采用显微鉴别法和薄层色谱法(TLC)对样品进行定性鉴别,参照2020年版《中国药典》五味子项下检测样品中杂质、水分、总灰分的含量,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定样品中4种木脂素类五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素成分的含量。结果建立的显微鉴别法特征明显,TLC斑点清晰,重复性好,具有专属性,杂质、水分、总灰分平均含量分别为0.5%,11.1%,4.1%。五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素分别在0.1108-2.216μg,0.07230-1.445μg,0.1065-2.130μg,0.1060-2.120μg范围内,线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为100.0%,99.5%,98.5%,98.6%,RSD分别为2.1%,1.9%,1.3%和2.2%。五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量分别为0.52%-0.87%,0.12%-0.27%,0.10%-0.25%,0.19%-0.45%。结论建立的方法具有实用性、科学性,可用于岫岩辽五味子的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality evaluation standard of Liao Schisandra chinensis from Xiuyan.Methods Microscopic method and TLC were used for qualitative identification of the samples.The contents of impurities,water and total ash in the samples were determined according to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2020 edition).The contents of four lignans(schisandrol A,schisandrol B,schisandrin A,schisandrin B)were determined by HPLC.Results The established microscopic identification method had obvious characteristics,and the TLC of Schisandra chinensis showed clear spots,good repeatability and specificity.The average contents of impurity,water and total ash were 0.5%,11.1%and 4.1%,respectively.The linear relationships were good in the ranges of 0.1108-2.216μg for schisandrol A,0.07230-1.445μg for schisandrol B,0.1065-2.130μg for schisandrin A,and 0.1060-2.120μg for schisandrin B,respectively.The recoveries were 100.0%,99.5%,98.5%,98.6%,and RSDs were 2.1%,1.9%,1.3%and 2.2%,respectively.The contents of Schisandrol A,schisandrol B,Schisandrin A,Schisandrin B were 0.52%-0.87%,0.12%-0.27%,0.10%-0.25%,0.19%-0.45%,respectively.Conclusion The established methods are practical and scientific for the quality control of Liao Schisandra chinensis from Xiuyan.
