Highly efficient information acquisition is important subject of semantic publishing.This paper introduces the contents of semantic publishing,analyzes the impact of semantic publishing on scientific communication from the perspective of the form and mechanism of semantic publishing,and introduces the constituent factors of scientific communication under the condition of semantic publishing,and studies the semantic orientation,semantic framework,semantic environment,semantic mode and its influence on the mode and procedure of scientific communication,in order to promote the innovation of scientific communication in the semantic publishing environment,and promote the sound and rapid development of scientific research and book publishing in China.
