摘要 对硝酸钠溶液进行了系列反渗透过程试验研究,考察了料液浓度、膜面流速、操作压力等操作条件对分离效果的影响,探讨了分离机理。结果表明:硝酸钠溶液表观截留率随浓度增加而降低,随膜面流速的增加而增加,真实截留率受膜面流速影响较小。随着操作压力的升高,表观截留率及真实截留率升高,当操作压力达到一定程度后,表观截留率及真实截留率上升缓慢且趋于稳定。 A series of reverse osmosis experiments are carried out on sodium nitrate solution.The effects of operating conditions such as the concentration of the material liquid,the flow rate of the membrane surface,and the operating pressure on the separation effect are investigated,and the separation mechanism is discussed.The results show that the observed retention of sodium nitrate solution decreases with the increase of concentration and increases with the increase of the membrane surface flow rate,and the real retention is less affected by the membrane surface flow rate.With the increase of operating pressure,the observed retention and the real retention increase.When the operating pressure reaches a certain level,the observed retention and the real retention increase slowly and tend to be stable.
