摘要
针对某化工厂废水处理工艺中Fenton氧化法处理高浓度有机废水会产生危废和处理成本高的缺点,提出了采用多元协同催化氧化技术替代Fenton氧化工艺的改造方案,并分别对TMQ废水和硝基氯苯废水的预处理以及综合废水的处理效果进行了中试研究。试验结果表明:TMQ废水经多元协同催化氧化预处理后,有机氮有效分解为氨氮;硝基氯苯废水经多元协同催化氧化预处理后与环己酮、苯胺废水混合后进行单独反硝化,总氮去除率约91.3%,脱氮效果良好。
Aiming at the defects of hazardous waste and high treatment cost caused by Fenton oxidation process in the wastewater treatment process of a chemical plant,a reform scheme of using multiple synergistic catalytic oxidation technology to replace Fenton oxidation process is proposed.The pretreatment of TMQ wastewater and nitrochlorobenzene wastewater as well as the treatment effect of comprehensive wastewater are tested respectively.The results show that organic nitrogen can be effectively decomposed into ammonia nitrogen after the pretreatment of TMQ wastewater by multiple synergistic catalytic oxidation.Nitrochlorobenzene wastewater pretreated by multiple synergistic catalytic oxidation is mixed with cyclohexanone and aniline wastewater for separate denitrification.The total nitrogen removal rate is about 91.3%,and the denitrification effect is good.
