废纺织基生物炭的表征及其对亚甲基蓝废水的吸附研究

摘要 以纺织废物制备了废纺织基生物炭,对其进行了物性表征,研究了废纺织基生物炭对亚甲基蓝印染废水的吸附动力学,考察了废纺织基生物炭对亚甲基蓝的等温吸附性能。结果表明:炭化温度越高,生物炭含碳量增加,炭化越完全,表面开孔数量增加,吸附能力增强。生物炭对亚甲基蓝是快速吸附过程,有较好的吸附作用,伪二级动力学模型能较好地模拟生物炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程。Langmuir和Freundlich模型拟合曲线均能较好地模拟生物炭对亚甲基蓝的等温吸附过程。 Waste textile-based biochar is prepared from textile waste,its physical properties are characterized,the adsorption kinetics of waste textile-based biochar on methylene blue wastewater is studied,and the isothermal adsorption performance of waste textile-based biochar is investigated.The results show that the higher the carbonization temperature,the higher the carbon content of biochar,the more complete the carbonization,the increase of the surface pores and the enhancement of adsorption capacity.The adsorption of methylene blue by biochar is a rapid adsorption process and has good adsorption effect.The pseudo-second-order kinetic model can better simulate the adsorption process of methylene blue by biochar.The fitting curves of Langmuir and Freundlich models can better simulate the isothermal adsorption process of methylene blue by biochar.
