摘要
目的分析微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年3月—2020年2月该院创伤骨科收治的患者50例,随机单双数法分为两组。对照组25例采用传统手术治疗,观察组25例采用微创技术治疗。对比两患者治疗效果、不良反应率。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者静脉血栓以及肿胀等并发症发生率为8.00%(2/25),低于对照组的32.00%(8/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为创伤骨科患者进行微创技术治疗时不仅可提升患者总有效率,控制临床观察指标,减少并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive technology in clinical treatment of trauma and orthopedics.Methods A total of 50 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in the control group,which were treated by traditional surgery,and 25 cases in the observation group,were treated by minimally invasive techniques.Compared the patients'treatment effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 100.00%(25/25),which was higher than that of the control group 76.00%(19/25),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05);the observation group had better clinical indicators after treatment than the the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of venous thrombosis and swelling in the observation group was 8.00%(2/25),which was lower than the control group 32.00%(8/25),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment for orthopedic trauma patients can not only improve the total effective rate of patients,control clinical observation indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
