精细护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果及对患儿睡眠的影响分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Fine Nursing in Children with Diarrhea and Its Influence on Children's Sleep

目的探析小儿腹泻患儿接受精细护理的临床应用效果及其对患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法随机选取2018年1月-2020年5月该院收治的100例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组50例患儿采用常规护理服务,观察组50例患儿采用精细护理服务。对比患儿症状改善情况、干预效果及睡眠质量差异。结果相比于对照组,观察组患儿止泻时间(3.56±2.09)d、退烧时间(17.35±4.16)h、呕吐时间(1.75±0.46)d、住院时间(5.06±1.48)d明显更短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.060、7.586、7.585、5.604,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组干预效果总有效率(90.00%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿白天睡眠时间(1.48±0.67)h、夜间睡眠时间(10.06±1.32)h,长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.408、2.869,P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻患儿经精细护理,临床护理效果明显更优,进一步改善了患儿的睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of fine care in children with diarrhea and its influence on the sleep quality of children.Methods 100 children with diarrhea treated in the hospital from January 2018 to may 2020 were randomly selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group.50 children in the control group received routine nursing services,and 50 children in the observation group received fine nursing services.The improvement of symptoms,intervention effect and sleep quality were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the diarrhea stopping time(3.56±2.09)d,fever reducing time(17.35±4.16)h,vomiting time(1.75±0.46)d and hospitalization time(5.06±1.48)d in the observation group were significantly shorter,and the difference were statistically significant(t=4.060,7.586,7.585,5.604,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the intervention effect in the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05).After nursing,the daytime sleep time(1.48±0.67)h and night sleep time(10.06±1.32)h in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=3.408,2.869,P<0.05).Conclusion After careful care of children with diarrhea,the clinical nursing effect is significantly better,and the sleep quality of the children is further improved.
