耳鼻喉内窥镜检查中的人文关怀护理运用效果

The Effect of Humanistic Care in ENT Endoscopy

目的分析耳鼻喉内窥镜检查中人文关怀护理的运用效果。方法于2019年6月—2020年1月期间在该院接受耳鼻喉内窥镜检查的患者中随机抽取100例作为研究对象,将入组患者随机分为两组,每组50例,分别实施常规护理(常规护理组)与人文关怀护理(人文关怀组)。组间观察指标为两组护理前后的临床焦虑程度评分以及患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果护理前两组焦虑SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组焦虑SAS评分均较该组护理前明显下降,且人文关怀组的评分(30.11±0.49)分明显低于常规护理组(38.25±0.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=95.586,P<0.05)。人文关怀组非常满意70.00%、基本满意28.00%,护理总满意率为98.00%,明显高于常规护理组的非常满意50.00%、基本满意32.00%,护理总满意率为82.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉内窥镜检查中对患者实施人文关怀护理可以获得理想效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care in ENT endoscopy.Methods 100 patients who underwent ENT endoscopy in the hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected as research objects,and the enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,carry out routine nursing(conventional nursing group)and nursing under humanistic care(humanistic care group)respectively.The observation index between groups was the scores of clinical anxiety before and after nursing and the patients'satisfaction with nursing work in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the SAS scores of anxiety between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS scores of anxiety in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the score(30.11±0.49)points of the humanistic care group was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group(38.25±0.35)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=95.586,P<0.05).The human care group was very satisfied with 70.00%,basically satisfied with 28.00%,and the overall nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than the conventional nursing group with very satisfied 50.00% and basic satisfaction of 32.00%,and the overall nursing satisfaction rate was 82.00%,comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significantt(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care and nursing care for patients during ENT endoscopy can achieve ideal results.
