激痛点针刺配合正清风痛宁注射治疗肩周炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture at Trigger Point and Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on Frozen Shoulder

目的探究激痛点针刺配合正清风痛宁注射应用于肩周炎的治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年7月—2021年6月该院收治的肩周炎患者67例,将其依据随机数表法分为两组,两组均进行基础治疗及康复训练,同时采用激痛点针刺,研究组(34例)在此基础上配合正清风痛宁局部注射治疗,参照组(33例)采用正清风痛宁经皮透药治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后恢复情况、不良反应发生率及治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组MR评分为(6.52±1.23)分、VAS评分为(2.43±0.79)分,低于参照组的(8.78±1.96)分、(4.56±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.671、9.401,P<0.05);研究组的Fugl-Meyer评分为(43.26±2.66)分、Barthel评分为(47.15±6.02)分,高于参照组的(35.40±2.24)分、(40.12±5.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.063、5.006,P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为5.88%,相较于参照组的9.09%有所降低,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.001,P>0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率为97.06%,相较于参照组的75.76%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05)。结论对于肩周炎患者应用激痛点针刺配合正清风痛宁进行治疗,能够取得较为良好的治疗效果。常规注射能够确保药物直达病灶,相较于经皮透药疗法而言,患者肩关节功能可逐渐恢复,并充分缓解疼痛,更好地保障上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力的改善,该治疗方式具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at trigger points combined with Zhengqingfeng tongning injection in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 67 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.Both groups received basic treatment and rehabilitation training,and used trigger points acupuncture at the same time,the study group(34 cases)combined with Zhengqingfengtongning local injection treatment on this basis,the reference group(33 cases)was treated with Zhengqingfengtongning percutaneous transdermal treatment,and the recovery,adverse reactions incidence and treatment effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MR score of the study group was(6.52±1.23)points and the VAS score was(2.43±0.79)points,which were lower than the(8.78±1.96)points and(4.56±1.05)points of the reference group,the difference were statistically significant(t=5.671,9.401,P<0.05),the Fugl-Meyer score of the study group was(43.26±2.66)points,and the Barthel score was(47.15±6.02)points,which were higher than the reference group's(35.40±2.24)points and(40.12±5.45)points,the difference were statistically significant(t=13.063,5.006,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than the reference group 9.09%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.001,P>0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.06%,which was higher than the 75.76%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with frozen shoulder,acupuncture at trigger points combined with Zhengqingfengtongning can achieve a relatively good therapeutic effect.Conventional injection can ensure that the drug reaches the lesion directly.Compared with percutaneous transdermal treatment,the patient's shoulder joint function can gradually recover,and the pain is fully relieved,and the upper limb movement function and the improvement of the activities of daily living are better guaranteed,this treatment method has promotion value.
