尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣人工镜检 联合检测在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣人工镜检联合检测在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法方便收集2019年1月-2021年2月于该院泌尿科门诊就诊的100例患者的尿液标本,均接受尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣人工镜检检测,以镜检作为金标准,观察和比较尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣人工镜检检测的诊断效果。结果镜检检测显示红细胞阳性68例,阴性32例,尿干化学法和尿沉渣法对红细胞检测有很好的敏感度,分别为92.65%和89.71%。镜检检测显示白细胞阳性76例,阴性24例;尿沉渣分析法对白细胞的检测敏感度为93.42%,而尿干化学法敏感度为73.68%。镜检检测显示管形蛋白质阳性80例,阴性20例;尿干化学法对管型无法识别,尿沉渣分析法对管型检测的敏感度仅为30.00%。结论尿干化学分析法、尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣人工镜检联合检测可有效提高尿液中红细胞、白细胞和管形蛋白质检出符合率,这对临床诊断泌尿系统疾病提供重要参考依据。 Objective To analyze the application effect of combined detection of urine dry chemical analysis method,urine sediment analyzer,and manual urine sediment in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Methods The urine specimens of 100 patients who visited the hospital's urology clinic from January 2019 to February 2021 were conveniently collected.All of them were tested by urine dry chemical analysis,urine sediment analyzer,and manual microscopic examination of urine sediment as the gold standard,observed and compared the diagnostic effects of urine dry chemical analysis,urine sediment analyzer,and urine sediment manual microscopy.Results The microscopic examination showed 68 cases of red blood cells were positive and 32 cases were negative.Urine dry chemical method and urine sediment method had good sensitivity for red blood cell detection,which were 92.65%and 89.71%,respectively.Microscopic examination showed that the white blood cell was positive in 76 cases and negative in 24 cases;the sensitivity of the urine sediment analysis method to the detection of white blood cells was 93.42%,while the sensitivity of the urine dry chemical method was 73.68%.Microscopic examination showed 80 cases of tube-shaped protein were positive and 20 cases were negative;urine dry chemical method could not identify the tube type,and the sensitivity of urine sediment analysis method to the tube type detection was only 30.00%.Conclusion The combined detection of urine dry chemical analysis method,urine sediment analyzer,and urine sediment manual microscopy can effectively improve the detection rate of red blood cells,white blood cells and tubular proteins in urine,which provides important reference for clinical diagnosis of urinary system diseases.
