沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗射血分数下降的心力衰竭并2型糖尿病的效果

The Effect of Sacubitril and Valsartan Combined with Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Decreased Ejection Fraction and Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究探讨对于心力衰竭(HF)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的患者使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净片进行治疗的效果,并进行分析。方法选取该院2020年3月-2021年3月接收和治疗的T2DM合并HF的患者80例作为研究对象。将其按照随机法分为两组,各40例,分别为对照组和研究组。两组患者均进行常规降糖及抗心力衰竭治疗,对照组在此基础上服用沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗,研究组则使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净片进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的血糖、心室重塑指标、血压、心功能指标等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心功能等级明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于HF合并T2DM的患者,对其使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净片进行治疗可以有效降低患者的血糖,改善患者的心脏功能,有助于患者的生活能力提升,且在控制血压等方面也具有一定优势,安全性能较好。

Objective The study explored and analyzed the effect of treatment with sacubitril and valsartan combined with dapagliflozin tablets for patients with heart failure(HF)and type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 patients with T2DM and HF received and treated in the hospital between March 2020 and March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.Divided them into two groups according to the random method,each with 40 cases,which are the control group and the study group.Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic and anti-heart failure treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan,while the study group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan combined with dapagliflozin tablets,and compared the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose,ventricular remodeling indexes,blood pressure,and cardiac function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of cardiac function in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with HF and T2DM,the use of sacubitril and valsartan combined with dapagliflozin tablets can effectively reduce the patient's blood glucose,improve the patient's heart function,and help the patient's living ability,and it also has certain advantages in blood pressure control and other aspects,and its safety performance is better.
