布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的疗效研究

Budesonide Combined with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的研究布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的具体疗效。方法对2018年2月-2020年2月期间的68例鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者进行对比研究,随机分配后得到研究组(n=34)与对照组(n=34),两组患者均接受鼻内镜手术,对照组患者在术后采用0.9%生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,研究组接受布地奈德喷鼻剂处理。观察两组患者的具体治疗效果并对比其术后复发情况,以T&T标准嗅觉测试量表评定患者在治疗前后的嗅觉功能。结果对比治疗效果可以发现,研究组共34例(100.00%)明显优于对照组28例(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05),研究组术后复发患者0例(0.00%)明显少于对照组6例(17.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比嗅觉功能评分,治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组得分(1.43±0.23)分,明显低于对照组(2.81±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=27.026,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者的疗效十分显著,不仅有效提高了治疗有效率,还在一定程度上减少了患者的复发情况,治疗后患者的嗅觉功能也得到了明显的改善,为此应当广泛使用。

Objective To study the specific efficacy of budesonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A comparative study of 68 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps from February 2018 to February 2020 was carried out.After random allocation,the study group(n=34)and the control group(n=34)were obtained.Both groups of patients underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,the control group received 0.9% normal saline to flush the nasal cavity after the operation,the study group received Budesonide nasal spray treatment.Observed the specific treatment effects of the two groups of patients and compared their postoperative recurrence,and use the T&T standard olfactory test scale to assess the patients’olfactory function before and after treatment.Results Compared the treatment effect,it can be found that a total of 34 cases(100.00%)in the study group were significantly better than 28 cases(82.35%)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05).There were 0 cases of postoperative recurrence in the study group(0.00%)was significantly less than 6 cases in the control group(17.65%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the scores of olfactory function,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the score of the study group after treatment(1.43±0.23)points significantly lower than the control group(2.81±0.36)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.026,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Budesonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps is very significant.It not only effectively improves the treatment efficiency,but also reduces the patient's recurrence to a certain extent.After the treatment,the patient's olfactory function has also been significantly improved.For this reason,it should be widely used.
