分析下颌吸附性义齿修复对全口无牙颌患者咀嚼功能及满意度的影响

Analysis on the Effect of Mandibular Absorbent Denture Restoration on the Masticatory Function and Satisfaction of Patients with Complete Edentulous Jaws

目的分析下颌吸附性义齿修复对全口无牙颌患者咀嚼功能及满意度的影响。方法选取68例于2017年3月-2020年3月在该院口腔科行下颌吸附性义齿修复的患者,以信封法分为对照组34例和观察组34例。对照组采取传统方式制作义齿进行全口总义齿修复治疗,观察组患者采用下颌吸附性义齿修复,在咀嚼功能、义齿相关情况和治疗满意度方面进行观察。结果对照组患者的咀嚼功能(71.46±7.38)%、咬合力(127.94±11.86)1bs、佩戴舒适感(55.26±10.67)分、义齿稳定性(69.33±7.43)分、语言能力(50.72±14.11)分较差于观察组患者的(85.79±8.15)%、(144.50±18.17)1bs、(89.26±6.60)分、(90.55±7.02)分、(88.74±8.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.600、4.450、15.802、12.105、13.534,P<0.05);观察组的治疗满意度为97.05%显著优于对照组55.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.019,P<0.001)。结论对全口无牙颌患者实施下颌吸附性义齿修复可有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,义齿稳定性较好,佩戴舒适,患者满意度较高,在临床实践中具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To analyze the effect of mandibular absorbent denture restoration on the masticatory function and satisfaction of patients with complete edentulous jaws.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent mandibular adsorptive denture restoration in the department of stomatology of the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into 34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group by the envelope method.The control group used traditional methods to make dentures for complete complete denture repair treatment,and the observation group used mandibular adsorption dentures to repair,and the mastication function,denture-related conditions and treatment satisfaction were observed.Results The control group's masticatory function(71.46±7.38)%,bite force(127.94±11.86)1bs,wearing comfort(55.26±10.67)points,denture stability(69.33±7.43)points,language ability(50.72±14.11)points was worse than the observation group of(85.79±8.15)%,(144.50±18.17)1bs,(89.26±6.60)points,(90.55±7.02)points,(88.74±8.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.600,4.450,15.802,12.105,13.534,P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 97.05%,significantly better than 55.88%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.019,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of mandibular adsorptive denture restoration to patients with complete edentulous jaws can effectively improve the patient's masticatory function.The dentures are stable,comfortable to wear,and patient satisfaction is high.It has a good application prospect in clinical practice.
