精细化护理干预在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用

Application of Refined Nursing Intervention in Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析无痛消化内镜检查患者采用精细化护理对受检患者生命体征、情绪等多方面的影响。方法选择该院2019年3月-2020年3月进行无痛消化内镜检查的200例患者,采取随机数表分为对照组(常规护理)、研究组(精细化护理干预),各100例。比较两组无痛消化内镜检查患者护理效果,包括检查依从率、意外事件发生率、护理满意度、情绪状况、疼痛评分以及心率、血压。结果研究组、对照组组间意外事件发生率(0%vs 8%)、护理满意度(99%vs 90%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.380、6.156,P<0.05);组间焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)情绪评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,研究组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间心率与血压等生命体征情况比较,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以患者精细化护理干预可以提高无痛消化内镜检查患者的检查配合度、安全性,稳定患者的情绪与生命体征,护理效果显著。

Objective To analyze the impact of painless digestive endoscopy patients with refined care on the vital signs and emotions of the patients.Methods The 200 patients who were selected for painless digestive endoscopy in this hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into a control group(routine care)and a study group(fine care intervention)with a random number table,each with 100 cases.To compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy,including examination compliance rate,accident rate,nursing satisfaction,emotional status,pain score,heart rate,blood pressure.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of accidents(0%vs 6%)and nursing satisfaction(99%vs 90%)between the study group and the control group(χ^(2)=6.380,6.156,P<0.05).Compared the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)emotional score,and pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores between groups,the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure between groups,the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing patients with refined nursing intervention can improve the inspection coordination and safety of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy,stabilize the patient's mood and vital signs,and have a significant nursing effect.
