快速康复外科理念对比常规护理对胸腔镜肺癌手术围术期护理效果及生活质量的影响

The Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept and Conventional Nursing on the Perioperative Nursing Effect and Quality of Life of Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer Surgery

目的分析对胸腔镜肺癌手术患者应用快速康复外科理念和常规护理的价值。方法选取该院2018年12月-2020年6月64例肺癌患者(均接受胸腔镜手术)。遵从“平衡序贯法”分为对照组(32例,常规护理)和观察组(32例,快速康复外科理念);观察并比较两组护理满意度、护理前后心理状态改善情况、并发症以及生活质量。结果经护理后观察组患者满意度、生活质量各指标评分明显较对照组高,焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率仅为6.2%,明显较25.0%的对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05)。结论对接受胸腔镜手术治疗的肺癌患者开展围术期护理干预,建议采纳快速康复外科理念,可有效提高护理效果并改善患者生活质量。

Objective Analyze the value of applying the concept of rapid recovery surgery and routine nursing to patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods Selected 64 lung cancer patients(all underwent thoracoscopic surgery)in the hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 divided into the control group(32 cases,routine care)and the observation group(32 cases rapid rehabilitation surgery)according to the"balance sequential method",observed and compared nursing satisfaction,improvement of mental state before and after nursing,complications and quality of life between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of satisfaction and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was only 6.2%,which was significantly lower than that of the 25.0%control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out perioperative nursing intervention for lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery,it is recommended to adopt the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,which can effectively improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
