摘要
以煤矸石为主要原材料,探究其偏高岭化温度,并负载壳聚糖制备出功能陶粒用于对模拟重金属废水中Cr(Ⅵ)离子进行去除。试验结果表明:800℃条件下煅烧60 min可使煤矸石活性最大化,壳聚糖与煅烧后煤矸石按照质量分数1∶15混合制备的陶粒,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可达到75.6%。
This study utilizes coal gangue as the main raw material to explore its high ridge temperature,and chit osan was loaded to prepare functional ceramsite for theremoval of Cr(Ⅵ) ions in simulated heavy metal wastewater. Theresults show that calcination at 800 ℃ for 60 m in can maximize the activity of coal gangue,the remova lrate of Cr(Ⅵ) by ceramsite prepared by mix ingchitosan and calcined coal gangue according to themass fraction of 1 ∶15 can reach 75. 6%.
