摘要
斜腹板钢箱梁桥体分段制作、吊装施工技术是基于设计图纸的二次优化,其优化要点在于工厂分段制作构件、现场组装焊接、两端桥身吊装就位、中间桥身吊装转体入位对接完成钢桥合体,该工法表现出施工安全、快速和工程质量易把控的技术优势。
The steel box girder bridge technology which is currently used in the cross-line bridge has been widely studied and applied due to its reasonable mechanical performance and less material consumption.The construction technology of segmental fabrication and hoisting of inclined web steel box girder bridge discussed in this paper is based on the secondary optimization of design drawings.The key points of optimization are the simple and convenient construction method of manufacturing components by sections in the factory,assembling and welding on site,hoisting the bridge bodies at both ends in place,and rotating the middle bridge body into place for butt joint to complete the steel bridge body,which has realized the characteristics of safety and rapidity and the technical advantage of easy control of engineering quality,and has achieved good social benefits.
