阶段性心理健康疗法对抑郁症患者药物治疗的辅助效果

Auxiliary Effect of Phase Mental Health Therapy on Drug Therapy for Patients with Depression

目的研究分析阶段性心理健康疗法对抑郁症患者药物治疗的辅助效果。方法研究人员选择在该院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的100例抑郁症患者,将其随机分成两组,研究组50例,参照组50例。研究组给予阶段性心理健康疗法,参照组给予常规心理疗法。观察两组患者治疗效果、生活质量以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分结果。结果参照组的药物治疗效果远远不如研究组,研究组的有效治疗率为45例(90.00%),参照组患者的有效治疗率为36例(72.00%);研究组患者的生活质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.952、3.861、5.819、4.260,P<0.05);研究组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分结果也优于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.105,P=0.043)。结论阶段性心理健康疗法对抑郁症患者病情控制有积极的作用,帮助患者提高药物治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,降低患者的抑郁程度,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the auxiliary effect of phased mental health therapy on medication therapy for patients with depression.Methods Researchers selected 100 patients with depression who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,and randomly divided them into two groups,with 50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the reference group.The study group was given phased mental health therapy,and the reference group was given conventional psychological therapy.Observe the treatment effect,quality of life and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score results of the two groups of patients.Results The drug treatment effect of the reference group is far inferior to that of the study group.The effective treatment rate of the study group is 45 cases(90.00%),and the effective treatment rate of the reference group is 36 cases(72.00%);the quality of life of the study group is higher than that of the reference group Group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.952,3.861,5.819,4.260,P<0.05);the Hamilton depression scale score of the study group was also better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.105,P=0.043).Conclusion Phased mental health therapy has a positive effect on the control of the condition of patients with depression.It can help patients improve the effect of drug treatment,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the degree of depression of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
