摘要
目的对轻型缺血性脑卒中患者在静脉溶栓后早期进行抗血小板聚集治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年12月-2019年11月收治的轻型缺血性脑卒中患者120例作为该研究纳入的研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和早期组,每组60例。常规组患者在静脉溶栓治疗24 h之后实施抗血小板聚集治疗,早期组患者则在静脉溶栓治疗后3 h实施抗血小板聚集治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果治疗后,早期组的神经功能评分(1.1±0.2)分明显优于常规组(1.8±0.6)分,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.573,P<0.05);早期组的早期神经功能恶化总发生率5.0%明显低于常规组20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.171,P<0.05)。结论针对轻型缺血性脑卒中患者在静脉溶栓后实施早期抗血小板聚集治疗具有很好的效果,可以有效改善患者的神经功能评分,并且降低其早期神经功能恶化发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of anti-platelet aggregation therapy in patients with mild ischemic stroke in the early stage after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods 120 patients with mild ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into the routine group and the early group according to the random number table method.In the early group,there were 60 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group received anti-platelet aggregation therapy 24 h after intravenous thrombolysis,and patients in the early group received anti-platelet aggregation treatment 3 h after intravenous thrombolysis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the neurological function score of the early group was(1.1±0.2)points significantly better than that of the conventional group(1.8±0.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.573,P<0.05);the total incidence of early neurological deterioration 5.0%in the early group was significantly lower than 20.0%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.171,P<0.05).Conclusion Early anti-platelet aggregation therapy after intravenous thrombolysis for patients with mild ischemic stroke has a good effect,which can effectively improve the patients'neurological function score and reduce the incidence of early neurological deterioration.
