彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中实施彩色多普勒超声诊断方式的临床应用价值。方法选择2018年3月-2020年9月收治的54例下肢深静脉血栓患者与54例无下肢深静脉病变者为研究对象,且均接受彩色多普勒超声诊断,分为观察组(54例,下肢深静脉血栓患者)和对照组(54例,无下肢深静脉病变者)。对比两组患者血管内径检查情况、血流检查情况、检测诊断效果。结果比较两组血管内径,观察组双侧股总静脉为(11.84±1.35)mm、股浅静脉为(7.84±1.26)mm、胫周围静脉近端为(2.95±0.85)mm、腘静脉为(8.97±1.21)mm、内侧腓肠静脉为(4.36±0.67)mm;对照组双侧股总静脉为(8.73±1.19)mm、股浅静脉(5.52±0.95)mm、胫周围静脉近端(2.46±0.62)mm、腘静脉(7.88±1.22)mm、内侧腓肠静脉(3.55±0.47)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=12.699、10.804、3.423、4.662、7.273,P<0.05)。比较两组患者血流速度,观察组股浅静脉为(5.84±0.74)cm/s、股总静脉为(8.07±0.78)cm/s;对照组股浅静脉为(11.89±2.09)cm/s、股总静脉为(21.96±5.85)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(t=20.052、17.295,P<0.05);两组患者的确诊率、误诊率、漏诊率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对下肢深静脉血栓患者行彩色多普勒超声检测诊断方式,可有效查出患者具体病情,根据血管内径、血流情况,可使医师对其具体病情进行诊断分析,使患者能得到更有针对性的救治,以帮助患者恢复较正常的运动能力。 Objective To analyze the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods From March 2018 to September 2020,54 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and 54 patients without deep venous disease of the lower extremities were selected as the research objects,and all received color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,and were divided into observation group(54 cases,patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities)and the control group(54 cases,patients without deep vein disease of the lower extremities).The blood vessel diameter inspection,blood flow inspection,and diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results The inner diameters of the two groups of blood vessels were compared,the bilateral common femoral veins in the observation group was(11.84±1.35)mm,the superficial femoral veins was(7.84±1.26)mm,the proximal tibial vein was(2.95±0.85)mm,and the popliteal vein was(8.97±1.21)mm,the medial sural vein was(4.36±0.67)mm;the bilateral common femoral veins of the control group was(8.73±1.19)mm,the superficial femoral vein was(5.52±0.95)mm,the proximal tibial vein was(2.46±0.62)mm,popliteal vein was(7.88±1.22)mm,medial sural vein was(3.55±0.47)mm,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.699,10.804,3.423,4.662,7.273,P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of the two groups were compared,the superficial femoral vein of the observation group was(5.84±0.74)cm/s and the common femoral vein was(8.07±0.78)cm/s;the superficial femoral vein of the control group was(11.89±2.09)cm/s,femoral the total vein was(21.96±5.85)cm/s,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.052,17.295,P<0.05);the comparison of the diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound detection and diagnosis for patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities can effectively detect the specific condition of the patient.According to the blood vessel diameter and blood flow,the doctor can diagnose and analyze the specific condition of the patient,so that the patient can get more information,targeted treatment to help patients restore normal exercise capacity.
