摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的价值。方法从2018年1月-2019年12月选取该院超声科110例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,并将其纳入观察组,再选取同期110名健康检查者并将其纳入对照组,均经阴道超声检查,对比两组超声图像表现及内分泌指标。结果观察组卵巢体积(10.87±2.18)cm3,大于对照组(5.18±1.89)cm3,差异有统计学意义(t=20.684,P<0.05);卵泡数量(18.20±3.19)个,多于对照组(6.98±2.15)个,差异有统计学意义(t=30.590,P<0.05);观察组T及LH分别为(8.13±0.79)nmol/L及(12.13±1.01)U/L,高于对照组(2.05±0.33)nmol/L及(5.24±0.58)U/L,差异有统计学意义(t=74.481、62.045,P<0.05);FSH及E2分别为(5.10±0.41)U/L及(112.21±41.56)pg/L,低于对照组(7.35±0.35)U/L及(124.14±40.20)pg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=43.775、2.164,P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者临床多采用阴道超声诊断,其能深入到患者子宫深处,检测到卵巢小卵泡,可清晰显示卵巢结构,了解卵巢体积大小,为疾病的诊断及后续治疗提供数据支持。
Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods From January 2018 and December 2019,110 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the ultrasound department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were included in the observation group,and 110 health examiners during the same period were selected and included in the control group,all were examined by transvaginal ultrasound,and the ultrasound image performance and endocrine indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The ovarian volume of the observation group was(10.87±2.18)cm3,which was larger than the control group(5.18±1.89)cm3,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.684,P<0.05);the number of follicles was(18.20±3.19),which was more than the control group(6.98±2.15),the difference was statistically significant(t=30.590,P<0.05);T and LH in the observation group were(8.13±0.79)nmol/L and(12.13±1.01)U/L,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(2.05±0.33)nmol/L and(5.24±0.58)U/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=74.481,62.045,P<0.05);FSH and E2 are(5.10±0.41)U/L and(112.21±41.56)pg/L,respectively,lower than the control group(7.35±0.35)U/L and(124.14±40.20)pg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=43.775,2.164,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome usually use vaginal ultrasound in clinical diagnosis.It can penetrate deep into the patient’s uterus,detect small ovarian follicles,clearly show the structure of the ovaries,understand the size of the ovaries,and provide data support for the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of the disease.
